Land Use Policy
1. All privately owned land at the CTSC Dixon site is now listed as NO TRESPASSING . This means that if you are not a current member of the Carlton Trail Ski Club then you are considered to be trespassing on the land. All activities on CTSC land must be sanctioned by express permission of the CTSC executive.
2. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES on the CTSC Dixon land. This means that unless you are performing ski club duties as recognized or requested by the CTSC executive, then you are TRESPASSING. No quads, snowmobiles, or other motorized vehicles are permitted.
3. CURRENT CLUB MEMBERS ONLY on the CTSC Dixon land. This means that unless you are a current CTSC member and have paid the membership fees for the current year, then you are TRESPASSING. The exception to this restriction would be 1) paying a daily trail fee for use of the trails AND signing a waiver form available at the trail head (clubhouse) at Dixon, or 2) being a member of a group or organization that has express permission from the CTSC Executive to use the CTSC land, trails, or facilities for specific purposes or events. Those wanting to become a current member of the CTSC or those wanting to contact the CTSC executive for permission should fill in our contact form.
4. NO OPEN FIRES are permitted on CTSC Dixon land or facilities without express permission of the executive.
